I have been asked to have Ashwagandha as a natural anti-inflammatory herb. However, different products in the market promise different benefits – alleviating general weakness and fatigue, boosting natural testosterone production, treating diabetes, tuberculosis, liver disease, arthritis etc.
How much of this can believed? What are the real, proven benefits of Ashwagandha?

Eating greens like wheat grass is supposed to have multiple health benefits but not sure. Can someone please share tips and their experiences?

    With some more research, found that there are multiple options to eating greens like barley grass, moringa powder, spirulina powder etc. Another thing I discovered was that after I have consumed the juice and i put glass under the tap, lot of bubbles get formed. Not sure why but some explanation would help.

    A small helping of Wheatgrass juice,alone OR mixed with either of Dudhi/Lauki(bottle gourd) and Karela(bitter gourd) OR mix of all three, is supposed to help a lot. You can find it easily being sold by vendors in various parks known and frequented by morning walkers and joggers.

Our body is amazing! It constantly deals with harmful toxins released from within the body as well as from outside. Hence, it is important to love our body and follow a cleansing routine. Morning is said to be the best time to detoxify your body and by following a daily #morningcleasing routine, you will be able to keep a number of diseases at bay. A cup of green tea with a dash of lemon and honey is what I have every morning to cleanse my body, what about you?

    I have tried a few things. a. Warm water with lemon and honey. It is required to drink plain water after first glass with lemon and honey to rinse mouth of lemon as it can damage teeth. Using organic high quality honey is better than antibiotic and sugar laced ones. It helps in proper elimination in the mornings. b. Take a good detox herbal tea or green tea. Adding ginger, tulsi (basil), cardamon provides additional benefits. Have been using Organic India Tulsi Ginger and Pukka Detox tea. Not sure exact health benefits achieved as I do not take it for specific health conditions but instead use for general well being.
